AT&T expected to offer the LG Watch Sport, Watch Style

The software has been delayed for far too many times already and is also expected to bring some exciting new features such as stand-alone apps, which in itself is a huge transition for as far as smartwatches go.

Both the LG Watch Sport and Watch Style have been announced, making them the newest recipients belonging to the wearable family and coming with Android Wear 2.0 pre-installed. If you'd like to get a faster start with the new platform, the first Android Wear 2.0 devices, the LG Watch Style and Sport, are shipping later this week. Once you have done so, you can find the app you need in the Google Play Store on your smartphone. It has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display, 450mAh battery, NFC for Android Pay and IP67 water resistance.

At the MWC event previous year, the company showcased two watches: Venus 1 and 2.

On February 10, the LG Watch Sport will be available for $349 at the Google Store, AT&T, and Verizon, and the LG Watch Style will cost $249 at the Google Store and Best Buy. The LG Watch Style comes in three design variations, Gold, Silver, and Black, all with the ability to swap in any 18mm straps. The LG Watch Sport specs include Global Positioning System to keep tabs of your workouts and there's a heart-rate sensor on the back to check your pulse.

The Watch Style will be going on sale February 10 at Best Buy and the Google Store for $249, and the Sport will be going on sale at AT&T and Verizon for $349.
