On Monday, former Dallas Cowboys and current Denver Broncos linebacker DeMarcus Ware announced that he was retiring at the age of 34.
During their three seasons with the Broncos, Miller and Ware combined to record 50 sacks. He thanked both organizations in his announcement.
In his Twitter post, Ware thanked "all the people in my life who had a hand in molding me into a great player and the God fearing man I am today".

Ware was exactly the mentor that Miller needed at the flawless time in his life, and the move to bring him to Denver was one of the best John Elway has ever made.

Ware won his one Super Bowl ring with Broncos but will be remembered most for his time in Dallas.

And he acknowledged the importance of the Europa League as a potential route into next season's Champions League for a team now sitting sixth in the Premier League.
After he finished the 2013 season with only six sacks (the first time since his rookie year that Ware had dipped below 10), the cash-strapped Cowboys released the then-30-year-old to save a much-needed $7 million against the salary cap. In doing so, Ware closes out one of the most under-rated and dominant careers in league history. Ware got to him once, though we're confident that number would have been higher if they had played in the same conference as foes.
Von Miller credited Ware with helping him become a superstar and Super Bowl MVP.
